We are now a part of an initiative with both Purdue and Penn State Universities breeding bees that bite the legs off of the varroa mites which have been plaguing them

this will have to be determined by your preferences

Honey Linden Local Honey We now use artificial inseminationLocal Linden honey is harvested from our hard working Pennsylvania honeybees. Linden include flowers from May through June, we do not heat pasteurized or ultra filter our honey, so all the good local pollen and propolis is still remain. Note: Because we do not filter or heat treat, natural honey may crystalize solidify quickly, so place in a pan of hot water to liquefy.
